Flexible Tax handling mechanism

Through an innovative method of Rate Structure definition the complex and frequently changing tax regime is made very simple. The flexible yet very accurate method of calculating applicable rates and taxes on each item is incorporated in the IMMS.

Budgeting and cash flow

Finance module provides facilities to define and compare budgets with actual. Cash flow is planned automatically from available data on-line.

On-line MRP

MRP calculates the net requirements after comparing demand and supply. Any change in the demand and supply changes the net requirements. When ever there is any change in the demand like new customer order, change in forecast, change in the customer order specification, an engineering change, change in the supply like creation of new purchase order, abnormal change in the inventory level of component IMMS updates the gross and net requirements. These changes update requirements on-line and user can see the effect of these changes in the allocations.

Specific Customer Bill of Material

IMMS maintains a separate bill of material copy for each customer order. IMMS keeps an image of the customer bill of materials separately from the standard product structure.

Three Costing Methods

IMMS supports many costing methods like standard rate, current rate, and going-to rate, actual and last purchase order rate.
