We introduced IMMS system after two years of inception of our company i.e. in 1997. In the initial years, we had fewer models and smaller volumes. Eventhough the introduction was very smooth, it is obvious that during this period, we could not realize the great benefits ahead.
Our subsequent years proved to be full of activities, as we kept on introducing newer machine models. In fact, our business grew three folds in last four years i.e., by 2002-03!! This too with addition of only one personnel in "Materials" department !!
